  1. Introduction
    Welcome to the FINNS Recreation Club Auction Website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any auctions.

  2. User Registration
  • Users must create an account using their real name and valid contact details.
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • FINNS Recreation Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
  1. Auction Process
  • The auction will begin on April 7, 2025.
  • Once the first bid is placed on an item, a 48-hour bidding window will begin. During this period, other bidders may place their bids.
  • At the end of the 48-hour bidding window, the highest bidder will win the item.
  • Bids must be placed through the website, and all bids are final and legally binding.
  • The highest bidder at the end of the bidding window is required to complete the purchase.
  1. Payment & Collection
  • Winning bidders must complete their payment within 24 hours of bid close.
  • Payment must be made through the accepted payment methods listed on the website.
  • Items must be picked up from FINNS Recreation Club at a scheduled time, to be coordinated with our team.
  • If a winning bidder fails to make payment within 24 hours, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.
  1. Item Condition & Liability
  • All items are sold “as-is,” and FINNS Recreation Club makes no guarantees regarding their condition.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
  • FINNS Recreation Club is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred after the item has been collected.
  1. General Terms
  • FINNS Recreation Club reserves the right to modify or cancel any auction at any time.
  • Users who engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate auction outcomes will be banned from participation.
  • By placing a bid, users acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
